Beneath the Waves Film Festival- There’s still time to submit!

Last November, I told you about the upcoming Beneath the Waves Film Festival.  Since it takes place at a scientific conference,  Beneath the Waves provides a unique forum for scientists and filmmakers to interact. It is ideal for starting filmmakers, as well grad students and scientists who make public education films.

The deadline for submission (January 15) is fast approaching, but you still have time to submit a film!

For instructions on how to submit a film to Beneath the Waves, please click here. Films should be about marine or coastal topics, and should be less than 30 minutes in length.

I hope to see you there!

  • Dave, Are you organizing the film festival? or submitting an entry? I didn’t make it to any of the films last year, for some reason I felt like there were scheduling conflicts. Hopefully I can make some this year.
