“When you fail, you learn” and Live at AwesomeCon 2024!

Posted on May 20, 2024 By Andrew Thaler
Conservation, Popular Culture

We’ve got a pair of great podcasts featuring the Southern Fried Science teams this week, starting with Angelo Villagomez on How to Protect the Ocean talking about marine protection, 30×30, and lessons learned from a lifetime protecting the ocean. Longtime friend of the blog, Beth Pike, also joins in.

If you want to take a little break from reality and spend some time in the world of Conservation Fantasy, Dugongs and Seadragons is out with our live show from this year’s AwesomeCon. Join the Cephalosquad, and several guests, including SFS writer Rae Pendergrass and the podcast debut of our tiniest ocean champion.
